At Mexican airport a package was discovered with 4 human skulls in that. This package was sent by a courier to United State's Carolina. The skulls were found wrapped in aluminum foil inside a cardboard box at the Querétaro Intercontinental Airport in central Mexico, a National Guard statement said.
The package had been sent from the western coastal state of Michoacán, one of the most violent parts of the country, and was destined for an address in Manning, South Carolina, he said.
The National Guard did not provide further details about the age, identity or possible reason for sending the human remains. The transfer of human remains requires a special permit from a competent health authority that was not obtained, she said.
