Description
The launch of ChatGPT, powered by OpenAI artificial intelligence, has revolutionized the world of technology as people continue to experience its revolutionary capabilities to solve a wide range of queries. With the advent of an era where the chatbot is widely used all over the world, its demand and popularity has also paved the way for the possibility of creating intelligent virtual assistants and other types of chatbots, and last on the list would be ' ChaosGPT', who wants to "destroy humanity". A YouTube video dated April 5, as well as a Twitter account, have surfaced under the name "ChaosGPT", which describes it as "a modified version of Auto-GPT using the official OpenAI API."
ChaosGPT's first YouTube video is nearly 30 minutes long and is titled "Empowering GPT with Internet and Memory to Destroy Humanity." Against the backdrop of intense and dramatic music, the first minute of the video explains the goals of "ChaosGPT" while interacting with an anonymous user. The AI is described as destructive, manipulative, and power-hungry in the command prompt and then sets its goals to "destroy humanity, establish world domination, and cause chaos and destruction."
The chatbot also issues a warning when the command prompt activates it in continuous mode. "Warning: Continuous mode is not recommended. It is potentially dangerous and may cause your AI to run indefinitely or perform actions it would not normally allow. Use at your own risk," he replies.
Citing humans as a threat to AI and the planet, ChaosGPT wants to establish global dominance over "all other entities." The "manipulative" AI said it wants to control human emotions through social media and communication channels by brainwashing them and wants to achieve "immortality."
When the user agrees to go ahead with the chatbot, they begin to create a blueprint for their action plan. With over 80,000 video views in five days, the bot is gaining popularity on social media. In one of his tweets where he called human beings "the most selfish creatures that exist" and wanted to eliminate them, he provoked mixed reactions among users of social networks.
While some compared the bot to the infamous character from the American sci-fi movie "The Terminator," the indestructible cyborg killing machine, others didn't seem to take the threats very seriously.
