Endnight Games survival horror game Sons of the Forest has been the topic of conversation for many gamers looking to experience the different endings of the game. Players can achieve one of three endings; the good ending, the bad ending and the secret ending. To achieve one of the endings, players must open the golden arm door in a bunker on the east coast of the island. However, to achieve each ending, players must make different choices. For example, for the good ending, players must choose to leave the island in a helicopter, while for the bad ending, players must remain on the island. In order to reach the secret ending, players must complete certain prerequisites. First, players must have Virginia as a partner and keep her alive. Also, players need to keep Kelvin alive and get the most feeling out of Virginia. Players can do this by interacting with Virginia, accepting her gifts, and playing regularly.
Once players befriend Virginia, they can continue to the end as normal. In the cave scene, Virginia and Kelvin will run into the cube with the players and Timmy, making sure they reach the best ending. After leaving the island with Timmy and Eric, players will receive the "Keep Your Friends Close" achievement.
It should be noted that players will only be able to continue their game because of the bad ending. For good and secret purposes, they will have to reboot from a different save file.
