"In such a situation, I cannot fail to place on record in the strongest terms my grave discontent and anguish, which is shared by my fellow party members and 19 other similar colleagues in both Houses of Parliament, over this serious parliamentary offence," he said. .
Congresswoman Patil expected the Rajya Sabha Chairman to do her justice as the Parliament session has ended, but her suspension has not. She said that Dhankhar had his own rights and he could use them, but asked "What about my rights as an MP?"
Kharge said he was "very distressed" by the Dhankhar sighting continuing Patil's suspension until at least the monsoon session.
