The Prime Minister's speech on this occasion will be broadcast live to more than 10,000 sites across the country.

The party will also launch a mural writing campaign as part of its mega-campaign for the general election scheduled for next year. BJP National Secretary General Tarun Chugh told reporters yesterday that party members would write slogans "Ek Baar Phir Se Modi Sarkar" and "Ek Baar Phir Se Bhajpa Sarkar" on walls of more than 10.72 lakhs after BJP leader Nadda to start the exercise this afternoon.

Chugh said the party will observe a "week of social justice" from today until BR Ambedkar's birthday on April 14. As part of this initiative, the BJP will observe nationwide programs to commemorate the social reformer and framer of the Constitution.

The move to pay tribute to the Dalit icon is also the BJP's outreach to the community ahead of Lok Sabha elections. The party will also mark the birthday of social reformer Jyotiba Phule, another Dalit icon, on April 11.

The BJP was founded on April 6, 1980 after the leaders of the former Jana Sangh left the Janata party.
