Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and former Congress Leader Sonia Gandhi will address Chhattisgarh leaders, along with resolutions on political, economic and international affairs to be debated today at the party's 85th plenary session. At the beginning of the second day of the three-day conclave, the president of Congress will publish a book and the general secretaries of the parties will present their respective reports.
