Between 14 and 16 cheetahs are expected to be transferred to India in the coming months, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said on Thursday, saying the government was making comprehensive efforts for wildlife protection and sustainability. While he stressed the importance of protecting nature for future generations, he also said there is now no place for a linear economy and "no place for the Take, Make, Dispose model."
