Bangladesh has no concerns about the Adani Group's ability to supply power from a power plant in Jharkhand, said Tawfiq-e-Elahi Chowdhury, the country's energy adviser to the prime minister. Speaking on the sidelines of India Energy Week in Bengaluru, Mr Chowdhury, who has ministerial rank, said discussions with the Adani Group on procurement were private and could not be made public. "The electricity will come at the right time. The summer peak is coming and this 600 MW from Adani Power is very useful," he said.
