Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the "Jaipur Mahakhel" participants via video conference on Sunday. The Prime Minister's Office said the event was hosted in the Rajasthan capital by Lok Sabha MP from Jaipur Rural and former Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore.
