Gujarat Congress spokesman Manish Doshi claimed it was the 15th government contest to be canceled in the past 12 years due to leaked documents.

Doshi claimed that the exam, first announced in 2016, had been canceled for the third time.

Gujarat has been marred by a series of leaked cases of competitive exam question papers that have caused widespread unrest among the state's youth.

The BJP government had faced strong opposition from Congress and the AAP on the issue ahead of state assembly elections held last month.
