Introduction
Aircraft Graveyard is a place where airplanes are kept after they are retired from the services. There are only two way with which the management there deals with the planes.
Aircraft graveyard is also know as Aircraft boneyard in America.
- They repair the aircrafts
- The parts from them are removed for reuse and them the aircraft is scrapped.
Mostly deserts are selected for making these facilities. The largest facility available on earth is 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group in Tuscon, Arizona.
