Introduction
Indonesia AirAsia had operated an international passenger flight which was scheduled as Indonesia AirAsia flight 8501,from Surabaya to Singapore.Unfortunately, the Airbus A320 was crashed into the Java Sea killing all162 people on board..This was all held on 28 December.Then search operations were held to accord the accident and the recovery of the bodies.In March 2015, only 106 bodies were found.
The Indonesian National Transportation Safety Committee released a report in December 2015,stating that a non-critical malfunction in the rudder control system was responsible for this mishappening as the system prompted the captain to reset the on-board flight control computers which resulted in a stall and uncontrolled descent of the aircraft.

Flight 8501 was routed from Surabaya,Java,Indonesia to Singapore on Sunday,28 December 2014.The departure time of the flight from Juanda International Airport was at 05:20 Western Indonesian Time which would be arriving at Singapore Changi Airport at 08:30 Standard Time . Even without having permission for route a flight on sundays from Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, Indonesia AirAsia operated this flight.
